Summer's bad for a consistent prayer life.

So many distractions.

Feels like fits and starts.

Lord, move on us.

"We need renewed empowerment," a brother prayed tonight.

How have we failed this generation?

They haven't seen a clear demonstration of God moving in power.

Where are the conversions?

Where are the healings?

Where are the deliverances?

Where are the signs and wonders?

Lord, remove the obstacles.

Whether they are people, spirits or attitudes.

Apathy, lethargy, indifference to the things of God.

We need a demonstration of God moving in power.

Lord, set the captives free.

Grip hearts.

Starting with us.

Came to me in prayer tonight...

"There's nothing we can do."

That's the starting point.

Confession of our need of total dependence on Him.

For everything.

Lord, what's hindering a move of Your Spirit?

Expose, cleanse, break.

That we might have the words, the discernment to help others.

That we might have a hunger and thirsting after God.

Do I really want Him more than my next breath?
