Do You See What I See?

1) Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring worries of its own.

Today’s trouble is enough for today.

Each day has enough trouble of its own. Matthew 6:34

2) The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience.

God is faithful, and He will not let you be tested beyond your strength,

beyond what you can bear,

but with the testing He will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it.

He will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it. 1 Corinthians 10:13

3) Whenever you face trials of any kind, consider it nothing but joy,

because you know that the testing of your faith produces endurance;

It develops perseverance.

And let endurance have its full effect,

so that you may be mature and complete, lacking in nothing. James 1:2-4

4) Endure trials for the sake of discipline.

Discipline always seems painful rather than pleasant at the time.

No discipline is enjoyable while it is happening—it’s painful!

But later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it. Hebrews 12:7-11

5) That's seeing our situations as God sees them.

How about people?

So we have stopped evaluating others from a human point of view.

At one time we thought of Christ merely from a human point of view.

How differently we know him now! 2 Corinthians 5:16

How differently we need to look at others.

The Lord does not look at (judge) the things man looks at.

Man looks at (judges by) the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart. 1 Samuel 16:7
