Lord, move in us, draw us,
cleanse us, break us, turn us.
Lord, have mercy.
How we need You.
The farmer puts the tiny seed into the ground, hoping for and expecting a return.
So it is with prayer.
Putting the tiny seed into the spiritual ground, hoping for and expecting a return.
Then God send the rains.
In the natural.
In the spiritual.
Rains that break the chains.
Rains that bring down the walls.
But, like Ringo Starr said, it don't come easy.
I urge you, brothers,
by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit,
to join me in my struggle by praying to God for me,(for this nation),
I appeal to you [I entreat you], brethren,
for the sake of our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love [given by] the Spirit,
to unite with me in earnest wrestling in prayer to God in my behalf (and on behalf of this nation). Acts 15:30
I have one request, dear friends: Pray for me (and for this nation).
Pray strenuously with and for me (and for this nation)-
to God the Father, through the power of our Master Jesus, through the love of the Spirit. (MSG)
When will we (make that "I") get serious?
God, deliver us from playing church on this.
It's Your work.
You are calling us, your co-laborers to impact our nation.
