Some nights you get to the point where you've had enough.
Enough of the enemy wreaking havoc on our young people.
Alcohol, drugs, aimlessness, lack of direction.
God! Get hold of these precious young ones.
There was a scuffle last night.
A young girl puking. Two girls in a fight.
An agitated young girl cussing, yelling, angry.
God! Get hold of these precious young ones.
Earlier this verse kept coming...
The weapons of our warfare are not carnal,
but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds. 2 Corinthians 10:4
And there are strongholds that need to be pulled down!
Are we effectually using our God-given weapons in this battle for our youth?
Especially the weapon of prayer?
Are we using all our arsenal aggressively?
To pull down strongholds in Jesus' name?
Another thought...
Ruts.
Avoid them.
Do not accept the staus quo.
God wants to do something!
I'm convinced of it.
God wants to do something!!
The thought came strong last night...
A life lived for God is not lived in vain.
Time to take it to the next level.
In our conversations with the unsaved,
time to take it to the next level.
Lord, help us to share Your Love.
May we not get in the way of what You want to do, Lord.
